Highly recommend the beef in red wine pie, the red wine is not over powering and adds a nice taste. No sauce is needed. Looking forward trying other food on their menu.
Bought a Passion fruit Gateaux for my mums birthday. Off the charts yummy. Epic range of flavours and textures. Presentation is absolutely mint. Great value. The staff provided great service to match.
Attended Flute bakery for a bakery good and ended up buying custard filled brioche, a brownie and sourdough dinner rolls.. service was friendly, the brioche buns and the sourdough dinner rolls were fresh and delicious! Would absolutely go again.

Staff were only too accommodating for my 4-year-old and me, making a beautiful babyccino with all the trimmings. Everything in the display looked spectacular and was very reasonably priced considering how impressive they looked and the effort that clearly went into making them. We tried a chocolate muffin and a macaron, which were both delicious - the muffin in particular which was dense but not too rich and just the right amount of chocolatey.
Giving it to you straight no bells or whistles…the beef red wine meat pie in a buttery flaked pastry (no tomato sauce ever necessary) aromatic and so yummy…a must. Let’s talk about their cakes and coffee..actually let’s talk less and taste more! Looking forward to many Saturday mornings at The Flute Bakery - Canberra…ooo_la_la se manifiqué!!!

Flute Bakery cakes are not just visually stunning but also perfectly balanced in flavour and texture. Every bite showcases the skill and precision that goes into their creations. I have yet to try anything from here that has disappointed me. This is the best place to get something for a birthday or special celebration. Their desserts not only taste incredible but also make for a beautiful centrepiece.
Little gem hidden in industrial part of Fyshwick with French flair and delicious choice of baking goods. Visit highly discouraged if you on a diet!
